Our Mission
To provide a structured, free-to-access, year-round pipeline for students in grades 6 through 12 in Pinellas County — fostering character development, academic success, and career readiness through STEM Education, Athletics, and Trade & Vocational Training.

Our History
How Y.C.A.M.P. Began
Y.C.A.M.P. Inc. — the Youth Community Alliance & Mentorship Pipeline — was created because Pinellas County's kids needed more than just after-school programs. They needed a real system: something structured, year-round, and built to walk with them from where they are to where they want to go.
Our founders saw firsthand how many young people were falling through the cracks — not because they lacked talent, but because they lacked access. So we built Y.C.A.M.P. from the ground up to be free, open to all, and focused on the three things that make the biggest difference: STEM, sports, and trade training.
Today, Y.C.A.M.P. is a federally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization — growing and building partnerships with local businesses, trade unions, and community organizations so that every student who comes through our doors has a real path waiting for them. All donations are fully tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.

Labresha Higgins serves as Second Chair of the Y.C.A.M.P. Board of Directors, supporting organizational leadership and helping drive the mission forward for Pinellas County youth.
Jaiwana Byrd
Treasurer
Jaiwana Byrd oversees Y.C.A.M.P.'s finances, making sure every dollar is used where it matters most — the students.
Ebony Jenkins
Secretary
Ebony Jenkins keeps the organization running smoothly, managing records and governance while helping shape the direction of Y.C.A.M.P.'s programs.
